The Missed Season - Chapter 8

I don’t have much to say but Sarah told me.

“There is a rumor, Brittany went to Jake, and showed his family the video of them sleeping with each other, and asked to become a family.”

“But the family knew, they wanted to fire him if he was ruined, and they would pass the torch down. It was Jake’s fault for seducing her.”

“I didn’t know what he did, he stop looking for her, and seducing other rich guys. She took what she had.”

I couldn’t believe it. Then, both parents started to call.

This means something went wrong and they want me to help them.

“You know, the sales people at the company are gone, they found other jobs, and sales are the main thing.”

What was she thinking.

“You know Mia, you thought they were happy for you and you thought they are the company? You are the leader, they needed you, so when you are gone, they leave, so it means they can find their own jobs to pay the bill. and do what she says. They are scared of Brittany”

“You should have seen when you left, she got a lot of things wrong, and they all quit. ”

She wanted the job and scared the other coworkers but she failed. Because they left, I thought it would take them 3 months but she did it in 2 weeks.

She wasn’t the best. When I asked the company, they didn’t agree, because Brittany can’t do it.

There is nothing else to do. Now I just wait.
