On the Day My Mother Dies - Chapter 5

Amy does not need to be in the way. She knew about it.

“Two hours ago, she got on the plane. We are now hearing it had just crashed!”

Chad’s brain exploded. Shelly was there, but he grabbed Kyle.

“What? How did she find out? This cannot be true!”

“She was going to see me, and then congratulate us. What does it mean it crashed!”

Kyle gave him the files.

“Someone sent me this, I saw that it was Amy, and so I opened it up.”

“What it did was that it had the file, a card and a message that I would never let you do something like that again.”

“You are so mean, you would have let her go with you. She is now gone, but you are so scared, now, what does it mean?”

Chad never knew what it meant to be scared. Amy died? She went into the worst ones, and kept getting better. Chad grabbed the SD Card, and had a note on it.

“27.”

Chad felt so sick. Then put in the code, and played it. It was Amy getting an abortion. She did not have any drugs! She was looking straight to the screen.

“Chad, do you want the best to be there to see you, I will be happy to let you see that.”

Chad turned white. Shelly said.

“Chad, is that what you had? I love it.”

“Can we get it over with?”

Chad grabbed her hand and ran off. Shelly looked so mad. He stopped.

“I am not letting you go.”

Shelly grabbed his arm.

“What, so you will let the cheap person win. Are you leaving me?”

Shelly was upset. Chad did not feel like she was important. His heart was hurting for her. Amy would never talk like that. Why would she need to hurt people.

Why would she not say something, when she was hurt. Then she must have been over it. It was not for him. He told them that. It did not add up.

“You were not there. 27 is not there. Now I have to go!”

Shelly was going crazy.

“She made you do that? How does she have the right to do that!”

“It’s over. You are not taking it seriously. Just let it happen, ok?”

Chad had enough.

“Amy did not do the same things that you would, so she is not the replacement.”

“I was with Amy, and she gave me so much to think about. How did you not give me anything. All you would want is for me to not spend money.”

“I can not have you here right now. I am out of here.”

He did not stop.

“Tell him that he needs to stay.”

Chad and Kyle went off. He drove so fast.

“Chad, where do you think you are going?”

“I have to find her, She is going to be with her mom. You can’t just change the best thing that has ever happened to you.”

He did not know that she had died. I went back to his house, and saw that she had left and moved out. Why Kyle thought. Amy had to do so many extra jobs.

How can she be there for you if she is working, Chad? I know what she had to do to get there. She almost died to make that happen.
