Rook’s entire body stiffened.

This thought had never occurred to him before. Sera was always telling him that a child born after eight months could not be his.

It convinced him that Rhea was easy and promiscuous, and he believed her without bothering to verify it.

This was supposed to be a lie that could easily be exposed.

Rook was at a loss. He could hardly stand.

“That would mean I was wrong about her…” Rhea had taken care of Moon Shadow Territory for more than a thousand days.

She had brought up Ari on her own and took care of everything for him. The territory had faced several sudden crises that Rhea had resolved calmly.

Even Rook was impressed. She had sacrificed too much.

However, he was unable to forgive her for drugging him and giving birth to another man’s son, and all he wanted was to punish her even more.

Was it because his feelings for her had gotten stronger? —- It felt like there was a big, airy hole on his chest with wind blowing through it.

He felt pain for the first time. It was also the first time he was feeling regret. His mind was filled with images of Rhea and Ari.

He wanted to see them right away. Rook heard laughing. He raised his head in pleasant surprise.

However, it was Sera and Anna.

“Daddy! Come and hug your little princess!” Anna had always been spoiled.

He used to think it was adorable, but now all he felt was annoyance. He could not help thinking about Ari.

Every time he saw Ari, he was always in a hurry, and he was always berating Ari. The young boy’s eyes were filled with hope.

He hoped Rook could hug him or give him a praise, but what did Rook do?

“Ari, Rhea, I’m sorry.” He was filled with regret. “TI need to go to Heavenly Wolf Pack right now to ask for your forgiveness and bring you home!”

Sera cried and tried to stop him. “What about me and Anna, Rook? Anna is your daughter too.

She needs her father. I love you so much. Do you really want me to share your love with Rhea?”

If it was before, Rook would relent whenever Sera cried. “Sera, Ari is my son. How many lies have you told me? “The love you speak of for me… Is it true, or is it just your means to get what you want?”

“Don’t you dare go anywhere with Anna. Wait for me to return. I have questions for you.”

Sera fell sitting to the ground in fear. Rook no longer hesitated as he left immediately for Heavenly Wolf Pack.

“Rhea, Ari, wait for me!”
